Carol Zoff
Carol Zoff, PLA, ASLA, is a Landscape Architect Principal, Supervising the Environmental Planning and Design Unit within the Office of Environmental Stewardship at the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT). The Unit applies a context sensitive solutions approach to transportation corridor planning and design to help ensure project integration with the community and the environment. Core Unit functions consist of:
• Landscape contract and Community Partnership design,
• Corridor design also includes Visual Impact Assessment, Visual Quality Management, Early Notification Memo comments and Negotiated Maintenance Contracts,
• Great River Road corridor management and Mississippi River Trail coordination,
• MnDOT Certified Landscape Specialist training, and,
• MnDOT Standard Specification and Details.
