Emily Whaley

IA Byways Program Manager

Emily started her career at the Iowa DOT in January of 2008. She began her career in the Contracts and Specifications Bureau and later worked in the Construction and Materials Bureau. She received a B.S. in Education from Iowa State University and has also completed the Iowa Certified Public Manager® (CPM) Program, along with a Master of Public Administration degree from Drake University.
