This committee addresses issues related to the environment and the agriculture of the Mississippi River Valley and projects that are designed to enhance the recreational opportunities within its boundaries. The committee prepares and submits to the Board of Directors an annual report of the environmental, recreational and agricultural condition of the Mississippi River Valley. The report includes comments on problems encountered and solutions offered which would guarantee compatibility of Parkway development with environmental safeguards.
